Subscription Monthly Mailout
Aim: I was brought on board as the boutique plugin ( audio software company) geared up to launch its reinvented flagship product: Inflitrator 2.
Establishing the mailing list by providing high quality sample packs monthly alongside product tutorials and interviews with interesting producers allowed us to message interested customers (or potential customers) teasers about new products as the launch date approached, and also sign post sales.
As well as creating a sense of community amongst the customers, the regular mailouts provided boosted sales activation and Inflitrator 2 because the company's best selling product ever and a fe w months after launch, Music Radar awarded it the WINNER in their annual awards: Best new software/plugin. Competing against global brands, the success demonstrated both the product's unique status in the market, gave recognition to the designers of how incredible the product was and also evidenced the power of the community that had been built.
